1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You are entitled to request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, with no justification required. This window follows consumer-protection standards for distance-sold digital goods and is unconditional: requests made within this period are always accepted.
2. Processing via Hotmart/Kiwify
All Peptify Academy purchases are processed through Hotmart and Kiwify payment platforms. For this reason, refunds are executed directly by these platforms — there is no intermediary billing by Peptify Academy. Once approved, the chargeback follows the rules of your original payment method (credit card, local bank transfer, or invoice).
3. How to Request a Refund
Use one of two paths: (a) open the purchase confirmation email sent by Hotmart/Kiwify and click "Request Refund"; or (b) contact refund@peptify.academy with your full name, purchase email, transaction date, and optional reason. We reply within 48 business hours and forward the request to the payment platform.
4. Refund Timeline
After approval by Hotmart/Kiwify, the refund appears on your statement within: up to 30 days for credit card (according to your card cycle), up to 5 business days for bank transfer, and up to 10 business days for invoice/boleto. Peptify Academy does not control this timeline, which is defined by your payment issuer.
5. Beyond the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day guarantee period, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and only granted in exceptional situations: (a) proven technical failure preventing access to paid content that was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe; (b) duplicate charges; (c) purchase made by a third party without authorization. In these cases, contact refund@peptify.academy.
6. Access Revocation After Refund
Upon refund approval, access to the premium content tied to that purchase is automatically revoked, including previously downloaded materials (per Terms of Use). Continued use after a refund constitutes intellectual property violation.
7. Situations Where Refund May Be Denied
Outside the 7-day window, refund may be denied in cases of: (a) proven abusive platform use (credential sharing, content scraping, resale attempts); (b) repeated requests from the same user/ID; (c) purchases made more than 6 months ago. Peptify Academy and Hotmart/Kiwify reserve the right to evaluate each case.
